  • World War 3 is the Dumbest One Yet

Our illustrious pedophile president has kicked off the third world war, and it is very fucking stupid.

The first and second world wars were drastically different from each other, and no one knew it was a global conflict until it became one. This third world war is no exception.

And let’s be real, we are already in a world war. Maybe it’s not what we expected it to look like, but that’s what it is because: 1.it has international implications, and 2.it involves warfare. Seems qualifying enough to me anyway.

It just happens to be more economic/geopolitical than military/explosive-oriented this time around (so far), which makes sense considering the current global landscape has completely changed and technologies are far more advanced compared to the 1930s and 1940s.

Regardless of whether it meets the criteria for a “world war”, this Israel-led U.S.-backed war of aggression against Iran has set off a chain reaction with regional and global consequences.

It was wholly unnecessary, rash, stupid, belligerent and immediately regrettable on every level.

Who knows if it was actually driven by imperialist hubris, Israeli intelligence Trump extortion, or simply bellicose buffoonery, but we’re in it for the long haul now with no end in sight.

The CoD-ass so-called Operation “Epic Fury” (aka Epic Fail, Epstein Fury, AIPIAC Fury, etc.) is a total disaster by any metric.

There’s no plan, no objective, and now there’s no turning back.

At every turn, every opportunity for an offramp has been actively and effectively destroyed by Israel, which wants this war to continue above all else and at all costs, which will mostly be incurred by the U.S.

Sure Trump could declare “mission accomplished” and run away at any time, but that won’t stop Iran from keeping up the pressure. And honestly, they’re right to do so. If you’re not going by the international double standard set by Israel/the U.S., Iran is entirely justified in counterattacking since they weren’t the one that started the conflict and—as Israel loves to say—have a right to defend themselves.

If they even wanted to actually end the war at this juncture, there would have to be major concessions from the U.S. by default, but Trump’s not willing to do that. Not with Israel running the show. Not to shift blame since Trump is ultimately to blame for pursuing this, but Israel won’t let him back out since he’s backed into a corner of his own making.

And so the righteous punishment against western hegemony will continue, as it deserves.

We brought this on ourselves, and we’ll have to pay for it, both here and abroad. God, we suck.

  • The Death of Liberalism: A Post-Mortem on a Failed Political Party

The Democratic party has been slowly, stupidly and predictably in decline for a while now. At least the past few decades, if not much longer. Possibly from its inception. But in recent years it’s become all too obvious that the party is in the final stage of its inevitable, embarrassing end.

For the last few election cycles in particular, Democrats have decided to pivot toward whatever seemed to best serve their political image without requiring them to actually deliver on any kind of material promise or plan, which has resulted in a vacuous, unprincipled government shills devoid of any real beliefs who lack the integrity and wherewithal to advocate for the average person and the common good.

Neoliberal Democrat leadership suffers from a chronic condition of delusionally thinking they can indefinitely ignore their base’s needs and demands, then expecting their voting blocs to stay firmly loyal to the party, obediently following marching orders no matter what they fail to accomplish. Unfortunately for them, this disease is terminal. And politically speaking, as far as the working class and minority voters are concerned, they’re already dead.

While it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly where this disease process began, there are several contributing factors to their ultimate demise.

    Intersectional Imperialism

The Democratic Party has chronically suffered from trying to incorporate “inclusive” language into their rhetoric with regards to social issues. More recently they’ve tried to apply it to the military industrial complex.

The war machine is still the war machine even if it’s a DEI-approved war machine.

No matter how you dress it up or what pronouns you use, imperialism is still bad for normal, everyday people.

The fact that billionaires are in both political parties and can co-opt language or appropriate “movements” is all you need to know.

Corporate BIPOC, Raytheon at a pride parade, a trans bisexual FBI agent. None of it matters if its only function is to further the cause of capitalist imperialism.

At the end of the day, as with most politicians, they’re simply unprincipled, dishonest, pandering shills for special interest groups rather than the marginalized groups they allegedly support.

    Posturing as a Platform

For Democrats, performative statements without any material results are their m.o.

It’s all about the optics for them, how to maintain appearances and their reputation.

At least you know exactly what you’re getting with Republicans, and of course they lie too, but to their credit they do it far more effectively for their own party’s benefit.

The way I see it, it’s like Republicans will say they’re going to stab you and then do it, but Democrats say they’re just coming in for a hug and then stab you in the back. You get a hug, but you still get stabbed.

An extremely cringeworthy Nancy Pelosi and other career politicians in 2020 during the BLM protests

They’re unscrupulous and will shift positions only when they feel like the tide has turned enough in the public eye for it to not impact their career, only when they know they won’t be at any personal risk of losing their position or power.

Liberals really think that by saying “Latinx (la-TINKS??)” it makes them less xenophobic and by wearing a PRIDE shirt they bought on sale at Target to a drag brunch they won’t tip on makes them such good allies.

Democrats spend so much time and energy on superficial culture war bullshit rather than focus on policies that would actually help improve the lives of those very marginalized communities they ostensibly claim to care about.

But time and time again throughout class and civil struggles, we’ve seen that they’ll act when it’s strictly politically expedient for them to, and not a moment sooner.

When faced with the choice of symbolic gestures versus being slightly inconvenienced or uncomfortable trying to make a real difference, they’ll choose the symbolic gesture every time.

It’s because they feel safe with superficial, empty gestures. They embody the very epitome of virtue-signaling, and they’re satisfied with that.

    The Non-Policy Party

For all their vapid lip service to some vague concept of “equality”, the most it can inspire from their base is a resounding “yaaas give us nothing queen!”

False hope and empty promises are par for the course with politicians in general, but Democrats have shown they can’t even lie convincingly anymore.

While identity is definitely important to individuals, with Dems it’s purely identity politics that has no bearing on policy and no substance to it whatsoever. Understandably, that’s just not enough for people. And is shouldn’t be! Putting on shallow displays of “solidarity” or frowning deeply over entrenched injustices they could feasibly help to correct before shaking their heads and saying their “hands are tied” doesn’t cut it.

Democrats can disapprove of something in theory all they want, but until they outwardly oppose injustice by actually doing something about it, they’ll never inspire confidence in their party. Otherwise, it’s all a meaningless charade.

As it’s been constantly, painfully established, Democrats are the milquetoast status-quo party.

They don’t actually want progress; they want the perception of being progressive without doing any of the real work to move society forward in any consequential way. Progress doesn’t even mean anything in the liberal context at this point, and only serves as a buzz word for them.

There’s no self-awareness, no self-reflection, and no intention to change their trajectory, which is now a nosedive death spiral.

Honestly, how could a political party possibly hope to survive when it has nothing to offer, when it runs candidates with campaigns absent of any real program to help the average people who make up their constituencies?

The Democratic party legitimately does not care about the average person, and it shows.

They could easily lay out proposals for what could viably be accomplished in office that applies to laypeople in their day to day lives. But Democrats won’t ever do that since maintaining control of their individual stations will always take priority for them.

Every time they address the plights of the public who are suffering from one form of oppression or another, they essentially seem to tell them, “We see you, we hear you, fuck you ©”.

Make no mistake, it’s not that they can’t do anything about it, they simply won’t do anything.

They’re only the do-nothing party because if they actually did do something meaningful, they wouldn’t have anything to hold their constituents hostage with and would therefore be held to a higher standard. Democrats don’t want that. Instead, they intentionally don’t enact legislation well within their power to help people, opting to blackmail citizens into allowing them to keep their jobs since their esteemed colleagues across the aisle would be so much worse. Republicans just happen to be the perfect foil to contrast themselves with, and they know how to take full advantage of it for political clout.

In terms of social progress, Democrats have consistently dangled potential improvements in front of voters as motivation. Alternatively, they use some ambiguous threat of “the other guy” to manipulate their base into reluctantly giving them votes out of fear of a greater evil, as opposed to their own lesser evil option. Liberals use this relatively more frightening outcome as a political cudgel with which to beat their would-be voters into submission. In reality it’s merely a means of extorting their votes by withholding real policies for positive change, or when that doesn’t apply using their opponent’s platform as intimidation. And frankly, people are sick of it.

This is glaringly evident from the lack of support or enthusiasm from its historically reliable voting blocs of minorities and other traditionally “Blue” demographics.

Throughout its life as a major political party, Democrats have only taken a stand with their constituents when it’s been socially palatable for them. For the longest time they were resistant to civil rights and gay rights because “the timing wasn’t right”. If there wasn’t a drastic enough shift in the collective consciousness on social issues, they would have been content to keep helplessly shrugging and saying that’s simply the way things are as long as they were able to keep their seats at the table.

Liberalism dictates that you support marginalized groups only when it becomes socially acceptable to do so, but to otherwise say and do nothing if their rights to live freely aren’t popular enough with the sociocultural majority. It’s the most apathetic form of “populism”, yet they’ll never even consider a kind of active populism for the better.

Liberals pride themselves as being morally superior to Republicans because they believe in respectability politics, despite their opposing party having absolutely zero respect for them. And why should they? Liberal politics stand for nothing, and when you have no base or platform, you get knocked over. That’s why they’re pushovers.

Democrats will acquiesce to anything, ready and willing to roll over and play dead, compromising even when they shouldn’t and don’t have to.

When they get any opposition from their opposing party, they cave immediately. Democrats have repeatedly proved themselves to be ineffectual and cowardly, morally bankrupt losers. Spineless, toothless, and perennially worthless. Pathetic.

The Fall of the Neoliberal Narrative: It’s Everyone Else’s Fault

Another staple of neoliberalism is scapegoating any demographic that didn’t unconditionally fall in line with their party. Liberals love to play the blame game.

In the aftermath of yet another failed election cycle, Democrats are looking anywhere and everywhere other than the mirror to figure out who the culprit was for their dismal turnout and pitiful performance.

The Democratic party is quick to wag fingers, and when that doesn’t work to point them at any voters who didn’t show up when the party was unsuccessful in gaining their undying loyalty.

Every time they get trounced, Democrats congratulate themselves on their failures, saying “we did everything right, the voters let us down”. Loser mentality. Self-absorbed, tone-deaf losers.

But it doesn’t actually matter to Democrats if they lose, because they know they’ll still keep their current jobs and keep raking in money from the same donors they always solicit anyway.

They campaign and collect their contributions, then when they get roundly defeated at polls simply shrug and say it was “hard-fought” before going back to their useless corporate political lives.

Another reason they’ve lost contact with their base is that they’re obsessed with converting the mythical “moderate Republicans” for some reason, rather than building a coalition with actual progressives and regular working-class people by promoting popular policies essentially everyone who isn’t beholden to industry lobbyists wants!

Any Republican-leaning voter is going to vote Republican, but not every Leftist voter is automatically going to vote Democrat. That’s just a basic understanding of their constituents, and they inexplicably ignore it every time.

Neolibs will throw anyone under the bus as long as it doesn’t affect their standing or acknowledge their own failures. Admitting they fucked up would make them look bad, and they can’t have that. No, it’s always someone else’s fault. They’ll never take responsibility for their disgraceful, disappointing operation.

One of the main problems is they feel entitled to minority votes, even when they do nothing to earn them. Democrats mistakenly, condescendingly assume that certain demographics will inevitably show up for them despite providing them no assurance of bettering their lives, only that the other candidate will make it worse. Unsurprisingly, that’s not enough to sway people, considering there’s not much worse than having your rights and future kept prisoner by a political party apparently hoping you’ll develop Stockholm Syndrome for them.

    Eulogy in Summation

Many writers and thinkers have already outlined the autopsy on the Democratic Party far more eloquently and in-depth than I have here, but I think we can agree to some degree that this most recent election has for all intents and purposes has sealed their fate as a defunct political party after digging their own grave for so long. Maybe it was the final nail in the coffin. I guess we’ll see how they do as a zombie.

Anyway, in summary: good riddance to bad rubbish of a political party. Now to do away with Republicans. Let’s choose neither evil. Instead, let’s create a “good” option.Holding onto hope we’ll see a better political movement and future rise from its ashes.
